My Journey to Yoga and Healing
My fascination with spirituality began early, starting with a children’s Yoga course at age 13 and further piqued by studying Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings. I explored Zen meditation and Vipassana courses during my academic years, seeking spiritual and personal growth.
After contracting amoebiasis and facing severe health issues, including IBS and chronic stomach pain, I was determined to heal myself beyond what conventional medicine offered. This journey of self-healing and spiritual exploration transformed into a passion for teaching.
Since 2017, after initial opportunities to teach and share my experiences, I embraced teaching in 2019. I offer personalised Yoga classes grounded in core Yogic principles. With certifications in Yoga Therapy and a Master’s in Yogashastra, my focus remains on tailoring each session to your unique health needs and goals.
I am also a passionate Journalist and Photographer.
