Skin is one of the largest excretory organs in the body. Incorporation of Yoga and Ayurveda principles can help us a lot in getting good skin.
Make sure you clear your stomach everyday. The root cause of most of our issues lies in our stomach.
Never hold in the natural urges like urination etc.
Make sure you do physical activity for an hour every day which will make you perspire.
Eat foods that suit your body! Skin is just 16 percent of body weight. Point is to take care of the body holistically 16 + 84.
Stay away from products that clog your pores because pores are channels for the body to get rid of toxins, sweat, and oils.
Sleep well!
Stop fidgeting with skin and just let it be! As per my observation, people who have the best skin, just let it be.
Use a mild/ chemical-free face wash to clean it once or twice a day.
Get rid of stress – stress causes hormonal imbalance, acidity and it affects your entire system including the skin.
Be happy!
Cut chips, refined sugar from your diet
Replace cold drinks and cold water with warm water and nourishing teas.
Keep your hair and scalp clean.
