The Bhramari pranayama is shown to benefit people in COVID recovery. This pranayama increases the levels of nitrous oxide in the body which promotes vasodilation which in turn promotes enhanced oxygen absorption in the blood. This pranayama is also called the humming bee breath or bumble bee breath.
