Indicators that you are progressing in Yoga

Here are some indicators which will help you understand if you are progressing in your Yoga practice

You are much calmer than before

You stop overthinking and overanalysis

You fall sick less often, even if you do, you do not get worried about it

You sleep well

You have less cravings

You are able to prioritise things which are important to you

Aches and pains are much lesser than usual

You become more accepting

You let go of the things you cannot change and focus ones that will benefit you

You notice all these changes which is why you want to stick to your practice without fail
