I started Yoga with Priyamvada since June 2020. After several attempts to set a fitness resolution, I found Yoga - which I really enjoy and look forward to! Priyamvada's approach is holistic, with focus on doing Yoga correctly and not injuring oneself. It's amazing how she's able to point out minor differences in body balance, face strain, breath holding etc.


The well-planned combination of asanas and pranayams have improved my strength, focus, sleep, energy and overall health. No two classes are the same, we do a variety of asanas and pranayams which makes each session fresh and interesting.


Priyamvada is punctual, dedicated and gives her 100% in each session and I'd recommend her classes to people who want to improve their health and well-being.
